Midweek Motivation: Dance Workout

In response to the cancellation of events and widespread “safer at home” policies that have brought much disruption and uncertainty to our lives, ACHA is excited to present a Midweek Motivation Virtual Series made up of brief live presentations on Wednesdays from 1:00-1:30 p.m. EDT / 10:00-10:30 a.m. PDT throughout May. These sessions are meant to create a space for the CHD community to come together, take a break, learn tools for navigating the current situation and to connect with one another. Sessions will be led by members of your CHD community.

Looking for some movement, exercise and a mental break while at home? Join Cassandra Schaefer for a 30-minute fun, energetic dance-fitness work-out that will get your heart pumping and your booty shaking!  

Cassandra is currently the Assistant Director of East Coast Dance Company in Sea Girt, New Jersey where she is an instructor and award-winning choreographer. Formerly a member of the New York Jets Flight Crew and Philadelphia Soul Dance team, Cassandra has performed on some of the biggest stages in the world.
